Excellent. Always stay at a...
Liked: The food ordered from the little in house was excellent. The front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. Also, just the right temperature for the warm weather.

Highly recommend
Liked: We stayed here twice.The room was spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. There are several different restaurant options, an easy walking distance from the hotel. It was a nice place to relax and unwind.

Good stay but ripped off.
Liked: Great staff.
Disliked: Paid for 4 breakfast meals. Was told it was only a $5 credit per person. Not happy. Ended up spending an additional $36.00. Felt like this was a bait and switch. Won’t use booking or Priceline for at least a year. This will be my way as a consumer to voice my displeasure.

Would not stay in this...
Disliked: Got charged twice for accomodation and refund could not be processed until after checkout, a week later. Staff were overall not very helpful. I found a bug in my glass of water.

It was comfortable, good location...
Disliked: Only 1 washer and dryer and the hotel was at capacity for a basketball tournament across the road.

Great location, central to Henrico...
Liked: Great location to attend events at the Henrico Centre. Many food options available within walking distance.
Disliked: Only 1 washing machine and dryer. We were there with multiple sporting teams and I had to get up at 4:30am to use the machines

Liked: The hotel is close to many restaurants and stores.
Disliked: I booked this hotel because of the proximity to Kings Dominion, it was rated well and the booking included 'free breakfast'.We were notified at check-in that breakfast was NOT included and would be an extra charge. We booked three nights here, with a family of 4 people. I had to seek other paid options for breakfast for the four of us which wasn't part of my planned expenses for the trip. I was extremely frustrated. I reached out to Booking customer service and they were fantastic. I would recommend looking at other hotels in the area...this one was mediocre, at best.We had small black ants in our room but we didn't notice them until the first morning of our stay. They were in the bathroom and in the area of the refrigerator and television stand/dresser.Also, the room had no microwave.

Bad
Disliked: Checked in room 301 and saw cockroach. Front desk agent was rude and nonchalant. Talking to my wife & I while being on her phone with earbuds. I feel like our problem was not addressed. When we were moved to room 401, there was human hair on the sheet spread. & the front door lock was falling apart. When contacted by guest relations, we were informed that the roaches were “wood cockroaches” and were popular this time of the year and there was nothing they could do about them being in the rooms. This was a very uncomfortable stay because my pregnant wife didnt sleep. For a place to charge $176/ night to customers, you should be sleeping well. I dont ask for much, nor do I go around trying to get any kind of free shit. All I ask for is my money’s worth and the Courtyard Marriott @ Glen Allen was NOT it.
