I'll definitely stay there again and again. We visit Richmond throughout the year. Rates were good. Friendly staff.
Liked: Excellent location; nice decor; comfortable beds; loved the open showers but my wife missed not having a tub. The couch in the room was really nice. Large flat screen TV with swivel wall mount.
Disliked: It would've been nice if the full bar was open for business more.

Liked: Everything was perfect for our family as we traveled home. Upscale and price friendly.

Liked: Great location. Close to everything we wanted to visit. Great restaurants within walking distance. Staff was nice and efficient. Will return.
Disliked: The city was mostly shut down due to covid.

Liked: Breakfast was poor coffee was worse. Did not like the wheel chair accessible bathroom.
Disliked: I didn?t like having to accept a wheelchair accessible room because it was the only available. I should have been advised of that when I booked the room.

Liked: Loved the location! Close to restaurants, stores, and breweries. Got to them all on foot. Super comfy and very clean. Would highly recommend.

Liked: I loved the courtyard
Disliked: Upon arrival we were told there were no parking options and it was mandatory to valet for $28.00 per day. I wouldn?t have cared if they told my cousin the same thing when she checked in an hour later. They told her a different area to park for $7.00 a day. The bedding in the room smelled like mildew. Especially the pillows. Due to Covid-19 they aren?t cleaning rooms so we called down for towels and were told there were none. They were being washed. We were assured they be left on doors for us. Come back 8 hours later and still no towels. Called again and they sent up two face towels and a wash cloth. Not sure how I?m supposed to set off with a face towel. Called down for the car and it took them 19 minutes to bring it around because all they had on duty at the time was a young lady with a knee injury . I?m a Courtyard by Marriott fan but this trip was terrible
