Disliked: The food in the bar area and I didn’t like the host

Liked: Friendly staff easy check in and out the room was clean
Disliked: The hallway isn’t very functional to get to your room. No free breakfast and could be cleaner in the common areas up stairs I was on a high floor (4th) could play a part

Liked: Clean room, nice shower.
Disliked: Tree sap and soot all over my, and other cars. When brought to the attention of front desk staff, he admitted to knowing about the occurrence but wondered what they could do about mother nature. I told him to warn people not to park there. Also, the same front desk man tried to send me away during check-in because he couldn't find me in his system. When I insisted I had a reservation, he said he couldn't find me at first because I had been listed as last name first. Really? Plus pool and hot tob were dirty and full of debris.
