Exceptional

Convenient for San Pablo

Disliked: Check in process. Need to reach the staff better customer service practices

Very Comfortable!

Liked: Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable one of the staff was great very helpful forgot her name great memory, she was on duty the day we arrived in mid afternoon 5/28/25. Hotel close to highway exit which is always nice.
Disliked: No coordination between staff and Bistro, were told one thing by staff and another by persons working at Bistro. Vouchers for breakfast allowed only certain items in menu and only one drink per person. There were 7 of us with 2 rooms, 4 adults 3 kids. Not all adults wanted the adult meal and got very confusing trying to substitute items in menu. Wound up being charged extra for bagels, drinks etc. Room price for 4 adults are the same as 2 adults and 2 kids so the vouchers didn't make sense. Vouchers should just say 4 meals per room. Area looked deserted many buildings closed.

Ambiance with no room microwave

Liked: The Courtyard has the ambiance and amenities like full to order breakfast!!
Disliked: The rooms have no microwaves. At this price point, I expected an in-room microwave and not to walk down to the market center to heat up leftovers!!!
