Pleasant
Disliked: The AC in my initial room was not working. Even turning it off did not help. The room was so hot it was difficult to sleep. I advised the front desk in the morning and requested a call back if I was going to need to change rooms. At 1900 that evening I had still not received a call. Upon calling it was told to me they were unaware of any request for maintenance for that room. Needless to say at 2000 I was having to change rooms. There was a lack of follow through and communication.

Disliked: I was in room 553, it is a long walk to the elevator's, if your older its a problem with your bags, not knowing how long it was.

Disliked: Advertised at lower rate when we stayed for 4 days and had two rooms Wednesday night was 3x more than the listed price. Check in clerk was rud and talked over us and gave wrong information about parking our u haul.

Disappointing experience
Liked: Location is great, super close to everything and easy to find. I love that I can walk on the nature trail nearby! Despite being close to the freeway, this is a quiet hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly and the rooms are a good size with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I would expect.
Disliked: I've stayed at this location a few times and this time things seemed off. The front desk person asked me where I'd like a room, so I told her and she gave me the opposite. Then, this room had an extremely off-putting smell of old tobacco so I asked to switch rooms. I switched rooms and found ants in the bathroom as well as some strange stains on the bathroom walls. The parking fee is ridiculous given there is a two story garage that was basically 75% empty. Given the nightly cost, I'm not sure I'll stay here again while visiting on business. :(
