Liked: Wilson the evening front desk gentleman was amazing in trying to accommodate me since I came in very late! He offered me water and snacks and was so so nice to me. At the partner hotel I have to mention Kendra and Julie they were welcoming and very pleasant. I also loved the room and the view.
Disliked: The day time front desk AS lady had kind of an attitude and was not very welcoming. I told her after the maintenance lady came to repair the air conditioning will I be able to still turn it off and on.. she told me well you should have asked her why asking me. I thought she was very rude and not a welcoming person for a front desk. She doesn't like her job.
