Comfortable, convenient place to stay...

Liked: Love the centrality to our family, shopping, restaurants, downtown Quebec City and St Anne de Beaupre Basilica. Comfortable rooms. Restaurant is very good too.
Disliked: Many issues with room cards, both in the elevator and trying to open our rooms. The toilet is VERY low. Our refrigerator was moderately cold, but the other family members room froze their water bottles in their freezer. TV has VERY few english options, or movie options.

All spoilt by the issue...

Liked: Very comfortable bed & bedroom
Disliked: The attitude of the lady running the restaurant. The fact that I was charged twice for the stay and neither you nor the hotel would recognise this forcing me to take an alternative method to get back the money I was owed
