Grad weekend. Needed a break...

Liked: Friendly staff, housekeeping is always really nice, bar service was good
Disliked: We arrived at 4:00 and our room wasn't ready. We were not able to check in until after 6:00.

Great location and comfortable beds.

Liked: Convenient and close to my daughter’s place. Stayed on Sunday because it was affordable (meaning not graduation surgery pricing)
Disliked: The shower floor was grimey and black. The rest of the room was spotless but the shower floor was gross. Minor considering how nice everything else was.

Superb

Wonderful facility, great staff!

Liked: Clean and great location.
Disliked: Nothing, but I would look at how you staff the cafe during busy weekends. There was a long wait.

Attend wsu baseball games

Liked: Staff were friendly, courteous, professional and helpful

Not what we booked

Liked: The hotel was close to the campus. Food in the hotel bistro was fresh and tasty.
Disliked: I had booked a room with two queen beds. They put me and my family in a room with one king bed and a sofa bed that was a twin size. Now granted, it was just me and my son this trip, but if the rest of my family had come, the room would not fit us all.When I asked about the room stating this was not what I booked, they said that sometimes the booking site gives them the wrong information and that I shouldn’t book through a third party….And the hotel was full due to the university tour day the next day so they couldn’t change rooms to the correct room. They told me to contact Booking.com and see if I can get my money back because “it’s not their fault”I then said can we at least get sheets and covers for the twin. They ended up bringing a fitted sheet, top sheet and a thin blanket. No extra pillows and no comforter or duvet.

Excellent place to stay practically...

Liked: Clean, large lobby, room was large and exceptionally clean. Bedding was excellent, including the mattress. Easy to reach 110v outlets and USB-A outlets on top of the nightstand.
Disliked: Nothing. Was great. Only boggle was the clock radio was set to the incorrect time and the buttons were broke so couldn’t fix it.
