We had swat ( security all dress just neeed a shield) at our door 4 times that evening. Myself ,66, my two daughter in laws over 50.. getting ready - knocked because we made to much noise. Came back after the concert for bed they 3 pounded at my door, I mean pounded and threatened to call police if we weren't quiet..we set for bed turned off the lights and another came to my door and said be quiet. I shouted to him that we are in bed. Sad. Never again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant
Liked: Nice location
Disliked: AC didn’t work well, so they sent up an engineer. He opened the panel, said, “Oh, here’s the problem, the hot side is on, put panel back on and said “it should cool off in a few minutes.” Never cooled. No cream & sugar with coffee in room. Had to go to front desk and ask for. First time for that….

Okay, but misleading.
Liked: The hotel is fine. It was clean and very close to the riverwalk, which was nice.
Disliked: We specifically booked here because it said it had ev chargers. It does not. The chargers are in a public lot down the street. They should not be allowed to claim chargers that are not on their property.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poorly...
Liked: Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I would strongly caution others—especially those traveling for a special event—to consider alternative accommodations. This property is in serious need of improved training, staffing, and guest service standards.
Disliked: We recently stayed at the Courtyard Downtown by Marriott in Pueblo for a family wedding, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. We were unable to check into our room until around 7:30 p.m. due to a complete lack of clean rooms. Despite arriving well after the standard check-in time, we were told to join a waiting list—a first for me at any hotel. There appeared to be multiple people acting as managers, yet none of them seemed properly trained or capable of handling the front desk operations. The level of disorganization and confusion was simply unacceptable. The check-in process was the worst I've ever encountered—chaotic, uncomfortable, and frustrating, especially during what was meant to be a joyful and important occasion for our family.

Check-in was a joke.
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Check-in was horrible. I don't think anyone at the front desk knew what they were doing .

Frustrating.
Liked: I liked the location, as well as the employees.
Disliked: Check in was a nightmare. We couldn't communicate with the housekeeping staff, 95% of them can't speak English . I don't know why so many staff changes, but it's not good changes. The majority of the guest's don't speak or understand Spanish. That makes staying at your hotel hatd to stay at, if a guest can't communicate with most of the housekeeper's then our needs can not be met.
