We had swat ( security all dress just neeed a shield) at our door 4 times that evening. Myself ,66, my two daughter in laws over 50.. getting ready - knocked because we made to much noise. Came back after the concert for bed they 3 pounded at my door, I mean pounded and threatened to call police if we weren't quiet..we set for bed turned off the lights and another came to my door and said be quiet. I shouted to him that we are in bed. Sad. Never again.

Liked: The breakfast was good but pricey.
Disliked: We've stayed here frequently, thinking it's one of the nicer hotels Pueblo has to offer. But it just wasn't clean at all this time. Our comforter was stained, the floors inside and outside the room were dirty. The lounge was dirty. Our bathroom had one bath towel in it. Just rough all around and it didn't feel like a good value anymore.

Disliked: Had to wait for hot water in sink and shower for 4 minutes. Could not get hot water in sink unless you turned the shower and sink on together! The property looks and feels dirty.
