Bad

Liked: The staff were helpful with allowing us to store luggage.
Disliked: I intended to book for the night of 21 June. The Booking APP saw that there were no rooms available in any hotel for that night and instead booked me for the night of 22 June. For this reason I had to leave town for the night to find lodging. I ended up having to pay for the room I did not use. The APP should be more explicit in booking client for a different night than selected.

Disliked: Smelly shabby room, bathroom in urgent need of renovation (moldy, lots of stains), very loud at night and early morning, very expensive parking. All in all - 1 star motel standard for the price of a 4 star. Terrible experience…

Disliked: Charged $34 for parking and it was NEVER mentioned anywhere on any info regarding your hotel. The room was literally falling apart: ripped blinds, door handle in bathroom off, toilet paper non-functioning (had to get a new one), alarm was set from previous person that woke us up VERY LOUDLY and VERY EARLY...
