Great central hotel to explore...

Liked: Great hotel in a central location, near shops and the State Capitol.Very comfy room, friendly staff.

I was shocked to see...

Disliked: The first room we got wasn’t even cleaned. The second room we got the air conditioner hardly work. It was unbearably hot. The halls were t vacuumed ever. I would like it if I was refunded for my stay.

Convenient location but way overpriced...

Liked: The location of the hotel is very convenient to the station for anyone passing through.
Disliked: For the price of the room we were incredibly disappointed. Parking was an additional fee, the shower drain was completely clogged, the building felt outdated, the coffee machine was broken, and the sounds from the main road were very loud at night.

Do not stay here.

Liked: It was convenient
Disliked: The room was dated and smelt bad. There were not enough towels. Whilst we were there a bedside light broke exposing live wires. We reported this twice, with pictures, and nothing was done. My son had to sleep next to live wires which is extremely dangerous. The hotel didn’t seem to care. The water was either scolding hot or freezing cold. The lift was broken and quite honestly, for what we paid, it was atrocious!
