Enjoyable stay

Liked: Beds made daily, breakfast can be ordered and served, close to amenities.
Disliked: Upon check-in, the lady at the front desk tried to upcharge my card on a room that was already prepaid via a Third party website. Her check in system denied this when she tried several times. It is great to see when controls work but the front desk clearly needs to be retrained.
