Clean place, rude manager, no...

Liked: The property is really clean and even near the highway there’s no loud noises. The front desk staff is really helpful.
Disliked: If you were doing laundry and went out, the property staff (and the manager mainly) will blame you to leave unattended the clothes. They have no security cameras IN THE MAIN HALL! A really big concern. will not stay at any property with them.

Poorly trained staff with inappropriate...

Liked: We've had a horrible experience
Disliked: I made a reservation for 3, by submitting my card details long ago. We arrived late at night. The receptionist first claimed that our reservation was for 2! Then she said she will give us an extra bed for additional charges. Then she wasn't able to process my card because they didn't have a proper POS machine. Then she had to call her manager and discuss with her with no solution. I asked her to charge it to my card which was already submitted during reservation but she didn't want to understand. At the end it was a terrible experience and I am never staying at Marriott again. I ended up quitting and switching to Holiday Inn in the middle of the night after hour of driving.
