Liked: Staff was extremely friendly. This hotel is not Pet Friendly and we were traveling with my emotional support dog. I could not find my paperwork at check in, but Desk Clerk on duty accepted my explanation. It was 1 am and we were very tired, so he went out of the way to accommodate us. We stayed here 3 days, March 30, 31, April 1.
Disliked: This location was very secure. We had a soft vinyl car roof carrier that I did not want to unload. The Desk Clerk assured me that it would be safe. He was correct.

Disappointing stay in a convenient...

Liked: The location was good. Breakfast was good, even though it was too bad it was not included in the room cost and we had to order it and wait for it.
Disliked: The whole place needs a handyman. The shower handle was on backwards and was literally loose in the wall - I was afraid it would pop out. Same with the electrical outlet near the sink - it didn't work, and when I pulled out the hair dryer, the plug started coming through the drywall. The carpets are all coming up. The beds were uncomfortable. The heat was pumping and did not adjust easily. We had to open the sliding door and then had lots of trouble closing it fully. The place needs an overhaul. Plus, another vehicle sideswiped my husband's car while he was parked, but there are no cameras out front so it did not catch who did it.
