Cheap and clean but not...

Liked: Clean
Disliked: No free breakfast, no free coffee or tea in the morning either. Bed uncomfortable

Liked: Clean spacious room friendly staff
Disliked: Room price and break fast prices too high, there was no one odering .due to that.

Disappointing Stay.

Liked: The parking and the bistro which provided some options to dine in
Disliked: The upkeep of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The AC was noisy and thermostat was malfunctioning. The facility is old and appears that some renovation was on. For the price charged, very little value was provided.

Exceptional

Disliked: We got a call that said that we had a noise complaint, but were sleeping! There were a lot of younger boys on our floor so we assumed it was a mistake. The staff member that called was rude when I explained that we were sleeping! That’s our only complaint!

Superb

Liked: convenient only a 5 minute drive from my destination on Monday where I needed to be at 10:30 am
Disliked: Only complaint I would have is the door to the room didn’t work like it should you had to turn the handle to get the door to close completely.

Exceptional

Liked: This is one of my favorite places to stay when I visit the Pittsburgh area. The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and major highways. It's consistently clean, and the staff is, for the most part, personable and professional. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished except for the odd sliding TV set-ups found in the rooms in which I've stayed. It is a very comfortable place to stay.
