Liked: Property has been renovated and is very clean and comfortable.

Liked: Location, clean room. Quiet hotel. Balcony off room was small but a nice touch.

Liked: Staff were very nice and professional.
Disliked: The location was noisy due to road noise and not convenient. Compared to other courtyards, this was rather boring-room was small. Not a good value for the price.

Disliked: Bathroom floor was not clean. Same long hairs when we got there until we left. There were someone else's clothes behind the curtains on the floor, so I know they hadn't vacuumed from the previous renter. Maid service actually came at 8:00 a.m. on one of the days. Not worth the price.

Wonderful. Highly Recommended. Repeat stay...

Liked: 1) Hotel easy to reach from all over Phoenix.2) Staff very friendly and helpful.3) Room very clean. Enjoyed my balcony on the third floor. No junction door to neighbor room in my room, that is what I like and expect. OK, carpet was a bit older, but clean.4) Housekeeping also excellent - every day new coffee pads have been provided.5) First Watch Restaurant was only 100 yards away - very good.
Disliked: Neighborhood on the other side of Interstate 17 seems to have some security issues (Peoria Ave). That is of course nothing Courtyard can influence. But all in all fine.
