Superb

Liked: I did eat breakfast there. I liked the convenient location. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
Disliked: The room door was too heavy making entering and leaving with luggage very difficult. I’m glad to hear the hotel is being remodeled. The new color pallet needs to be bright and cheerful. It will lift guests spirits after a long day traveling. There was no hair dryer in the room.

Smelly and overpriced

Liked: Beds were nice
Disliked: The strong smell of mildew in the hall. No blow dryer which I discovered after I washed my hair. No breakfast even though Booking.com said there was breakfast. Both are responsible for that lie. Regret staying here.

Liked: The phones were not working in the hotel. The guest should have been told this information as they are checking in. I was calling the front desk to request more towels. Obviously, never received them since I was unable to reach the front desk
Disliked: The bathroom area mirrors should have been cleaned better. Otherwise, everything else was ok
