Disappointing

Disliked: Guests running through the halls at 3AM. Guests banging on doors at 4:00 AM. No staff available to stop marauding Guests in early morning romps.

The room was comfortable, they...

Liked: I love how comfortable the beds are and the balcony was great for mornings and evenings with my wife
Disliked: They did not mention the pool was not operating at all until my family and I got to the pool door to find the it was closed. One of the main purposes for booking with them was because online they say the have an indoor pool and spa, which is why I booked because my 6 year old was excited. So this was extremely disappointing and I was definitely considering canceling the rest of my stay.
