All was wonderful like I...

Liked: Location was good, and it was very quiet. The staff and other people staying there were very friendly.
Disliked: I think that the breakfast included should have been much better and more to choose from like maybe a serve yourself in chafing pans including eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, cereal, beverages, doughnuts, etc.

Liked: It wa close to the location that I had to pick my daughter up from. The location was great proximity of everything.
Disliked: When talking to the day staff about the a/c unit not working when I initially checked in he stated he was busy and would send someone up but never did. Finally called back a couple hours later and the young lady did send us up a fan. If it wasn’t for the fact that my disable mom was with me I would have changed rooms.

Liked: Great location. Room was nice, good size, very clean. Nice staff.
Disliked: Very disappointed in the breakfast offerings. Could have been a lot better in taste and selection.

Liked: There was no free breakfast. I did purchase at the Starbuck on-site. My chosen table [near the seated area with individual television] was not clean.
Disliked: Megan, says she's General Mgr & other checkout lady [6/21/25] & checkin lady 6/22 was very rude & not professional at all. Jennifer and Hank was very kind, pleasant and professional.

Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: Charged separately for incidentals, had to pay for parking, had to pay for breakfast. Nothing was complimentary but labeled that way. Had to called front desk twice about noise complaints.
