Disliked: The bathroom is a little tight. There’s no vent in the shower room so the toilet and even the walls are wet after a shower. The coffee machine and cups are dusty Not enough towels but we manage.

Liked: Room was clean, comfy and in a quiet location.
Disliked: There was a horrible smell when the refrigerator was opened. Inside of the refrigerator looked clean but staff found and cleaned a milk spill under it.

Liked: Breakfast area was great. Loved the fireplace. The beds were comfy. Check in and check out was fast.
Disliked: The breakfast is a bit expensive (don't get the oatmeal) but service was great. The room was comfortable, but the shower needs work.

Disliked: When I checked in, the desk person that took care of me told me three times that I did not have a reservation, although I showed her my confirmation. When I started to read her my confirmation number (from Booking.com) she immediately cut me off saying 'That is not one of our numbers. " I was puzzled and checked my confirmation again assuming that I had somehow goofed. Long story short the only issue was that my name came up as Brownlee, Colleen. Did not seem to be so confusing to me. In the end the room was great, no further issues.
