Disliked: I stayed at the Courtyard for 12 nights, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The front desk staff, especially the ladies working there, were extremely rude and unhelpful.The billing was a complete mess. Upon check-in, they placed a $2,000 hold on my credit card. Then, just two days later, they charged me $860, and a few days after that, another $1,080. In total, they charged or held almost $4,000 for a stay that cost around $1,700. When I asked for an explanation, they simply said, “It’s hotel policy.” I explained that if they already placed a hold at check-in, they should not be charging my card again and again during the stay — the actual charge should happen at checkout. But they refused to acknowledge the issue.On top of that, the lobby had a terrible smell every time I walked in, making the whole place feel unwelcoming and poorly maintained.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The customer service, billing practices, and overall atmosphere were all very disappointing. Be careful if you decide to stay here — check your credit card closely.

Disliked: Pricing was ridiculous. One coffee in the room - pathetic. Extra Toilet paper roll was jammed in behind the open roll so nothing worked. For the money, not to have a breakfast buffet was shockingly cheap. WiFi enrollment was difficult- I gave up- it seemed more important to collect all my information than just allowing me to access WiFi. And I am a bonvoy member- but considering whether any Marriott properties are worth it after this experience .
