Liked: Staff was amazing with almost all requests.
Disliked: Paying for daily parking. Our bathroom lock was broken. Didn't have enough towels for our family even though we were all noted on the reservation (had to request more). Our main door was broken and leaking oil or something all over our floor and was not fixed during our stay even though we mentioned it a couple of times. Breakfast bar was always out of plates and many foods even at 8am.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was close to the event that I was attending.
Disliked: My room was not cleaned upon arrival.

Disliked: System was down upon checking and I had nothing but issues with room charges from check in to check out. I still have not been made whole. I was advised I would be giving a day credit and I have not received it.

A quiet and comfortable stay.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast buffet was good but at $19, as I don't eat a lot, I didn't feel as if I could get my money's worth. I ordered off the a la carte menu, but an egg, bacon and toast was more expensive than the buffet at $23.

Disliked: The pool was closed for maintenance, main reason we picked hotel. Breakfast was not good, and the setup was confusing.

Pretty Decent

Liked: I didn’t like that the breakfast had an additional fee. I would think if I spend over $300 for Courtyard by Marriott hotel, I would at least deserve a very simple continental style breakfast. The check-in was pretty smooth, and the overall service was nice. I was able to utilize their hotel shuttle to attend a local event and I thought that was a nice addition. A lot of the ice machines were out of service, but they did offer free water in the lobby.The rooms were ok and seems pretty clean, except they need to do a better job cleaning the tubs, because I saw a good amount of nastiness in room 612. Overall it wasn’t bad and I would probably return. Just make sure you always bring your shower shoes.
