Not a hotel would come...

Disliked: Bed had huge dip in mattress. Very uncomfortable. People at desk very unfriendly. No smiling, no assistance. You also charged $50 a night incidental and husband bought 2 waters and then charged $80 to cover. That is crazy and I’ll now have to watch to see comes off.

Liked: Check in was easy and staff was courteous. The In house Bistro lounge was cute, thanks Jackie for letting me know the night spots to visit. Love all the eateries in walking distance. BALA INN SPORTS BAR, TGIF, LONGHORNS, PANERA BREAD, CHICK FI LA, TARGET. Will definitely stay here again ❤️❤️
