Liked: Property lost power and I still haven’t gotten a refund!
Disliked: No one cares to help me get a refund

Comfortable beds but the fee...

Liked: I liked the hostess at the desk, she was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I wish the hotel hot tub was working, that would have completely satisfied me!

Liked: Location and staff.
Disliked: Pool was horrible and falling apart. Floors were dirty.

Superb

Liked: Spacious room (only a king size was available, so actually more than I needed), clean, plenty of supplies for a two night stay. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Disliked: A kitchen sink and microwave would have been nice considering the size of the room.

Exceptional

Liked: The only bad thing was the lounge wasn’t open so we could have a cocktail. That’s why we picked a hotel with a lounge.

We were very disappointed.

Disliked: Pool was closed. Bathroom shower was warn and dingy.
