Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, needs some updating. The food at the bistro was good. The lady taking our order at the bistro was not friendly at all! The lady that checked us in was okay, was not very friendly.
Disliked: price and staff at bistro was so rude

Disliked: The rooms were not ready at check in time and people were waiting. We didn't get our room until 640 !

Liked: Great location, we came for a show at the Civic center, the staff was a little overwhelmed because they were fully booked but they have been kind, prompt and attentive the whole time.

Short stay and hotel met...

Liked: Close to Civic Center
Disliked: I paid for a king room and we got a double room without being told ever until I got to the room. When I called and questioned this I was told they overbooked the hotel and did not have that room. Then why was it offered?? If it filled after I booked, then why did we lose our room?? Most importantly, why were we never told that we lost our room nor offered ANY compensation. I will never stay at this facility again. When I asked to speak to the manager and as of yet have not been called. Also big hotel and 2 elevators. YOU wait forever or walk up 9 flights of stairs.

Liked: Great location for civic center concert
Disliked: Couldn't check in until 630 ! Only 1 elevator working waited 10 minutes for elevator everything. Concert area elevator broke down. Steps are steep and treacherous. Lots of noise

Very nice property but good...

Liked: Maybe because the property was in the downtown location there was so much commotion out on the streets that I could hear couples arguing, cars drag racing, cruising with loud blaring music at 2am and nothig6could be done about it.
