I would stay again but...

Liked: The room was well planned out , very comfortable and clean.
Disliked: We did not like the breakfast options at the Bistro. Food was microwaved. Service was not great.

Liked: The location was nice, and the room was comfortable.
Disliked: They charged me again for the amount I paid through Booking. Noone knows how to reverse it. It caused anguish as I was unable to use $890 of my money for 2 days, then ultimately they processed a charged (not a hold) of $688. I had to file a claim with my bank. They are blaming Booking!! I will never stay here again.

Served the Purpose

Disliked: The fact that you have a Coffee Machine with no creamers - Had to go to the Bistro in the Lobby each time to ask them for creamer which they graciously poured into a Paper cup and gave us. It is in the Details! In college I had to read the Book - The Spirit to Serve - The Marriott Way - I think Management needs to go back to the principles in that book.

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Odd location, temp hard to regulate, breakfast was NOT included, got charged for an additional night we did NOT reserve and did NOT stay.

Comfortable, Clean and Convenient

Liked: Easy driving distance to downtown. Clean, comfortable remodeled rooms. Starbucks coffee and great breakfast to order in the lounge.
