Comfortable, positive, and nice overall.

Liked: I liked that the gentleman who checked us in was proactive about solving my problems. He was quick, efficient, kind, and considerate. Also, the barman was very nice, and also went above and beyond to help. Overall, we've had a great experience. Also, a gentleman who was cleaning on the ground floor was very considered, caring, and kind.
Disliked: I liked everything.

An enjoyable place to unwind...

Liked: Staff was very personable, attentive and timely. The overall location was in great condition, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed the coffee from the Bistro and was happy to work out in the gym.

Liked: We had a prior reservation at another hotel closeby. That hotel informed us upon arrival that due to construction, they had no room for me & my family (despite our confirmed reservation). We came to this area to get ready for an event that we were invited to in the evening. We were scrambling and thankfully upon going to Booking.com, we were able to easily book this property courtyard at PARSIPPANY. What a relief! Especially since we had just completed a 3 Hour drive, and we had an hour to get ready and dressed for the evening event. So we are grateful that this property was able to take us in considering we only booked the reservation last minute given the situation we found ourselves in.. thank you to the staff at Courtyard in Parsippany!

Disliked: There was no microeave in the room, there was one by the ice machine.
