Liked: Staff in the front desk were very friendly on arrival
Disliked: Renovations are currently going on, and sounded like some one was sanding the ceiling directly below us, starting at 0830 Saturday morning. Apparently breakfast is the time that is best to clean and hover that area. Staff were cold one was outright rude and saw them shout at another guest who was apparently waiting for eggs. And saw them give up waiting in the end. After being told gluten free options were available before arrival. When requested the gluten free rolls arrived still frozen. When this was highlighted they were dumped on the side and nothing futher was done. So we also gave up on the option of bread too.

Great location, excellent hotel, would...

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. I was staying with my 6 year old son and I felt safe staying here with him.
Disliked: The only very small gripe was they didn’t have English breakfast tea at breakfast time.

Good location for the SdF.

Liked: Perfect location to walk to the Stade de France
Disliked: Booked parking, arrived and it was full, told to "drive about until you find somewhere" .... Not so professional really.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was awesome.
Disliked: The smell im the hallway was unpleasant. It had a vinegar & old carpet odor.
