Great location for families.

Liked: Location was close to transportation and good restaurants. Hotel was clean. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Small room, broken curtains, room wasn’t available until 6pm!

Pleasant

Liked: The location, if taking train. The bed was large and reasonably comfortable. The front of house staff really good, as was breakfast lady.
Disliked: The curtains in our room didn't close properly. Train noise in room.breakfast very poor . Only coffee - no english breakfast teas.

Service and facilities is not...

Liked: The location was good being next to Gare de Lyon and to many cafes.
Disliked: The desk reception received shopping delivery on my behalf which was good, but did not log it in the system so the afternoon crew did not know it was already received (we were out for the day). It caused so much trouble with the merchant (LV) because we thought the delivery was not made. Also hotel is too expensive, with very little lounging facilities for the guests and very small lobby. The parisian view was also not that good as room was fronting construction.
