great place if you need...

Liked: a true gem of a hotel if you need to take the train the next day, right across from the Gare de Lyon. Staff was wonderful, the coffee was superb, the bedroom was clean and the bed was great; my only issue was the heating. It happened to be a cold day and I had to ask for a portable heater because the heating was not up to standard.
Disliked: the heating was not enough

The Front Office Staff -Loryanne...

Liked: The Front Office Staff -Loryanne - was especially courteous and professional and very smart. The young lady is a great asset to the hotel. She smiled and made me feel very happy that I chose the hotel.
Disliked: Small room didn’t have much closet space.
