Convenient if you do not...

Liked: Location was good and central. Customer service was great.
Disliked: Breakfast options were ok, but pricy. We wanted to pay the bill on check out day as it was being split between family members, but could not as there was an internet outage in the area (Spectrum issue not the Hotel). We had to let the bill go as it was and the family to split it up later.

Liked: Our reservation was not honored. They never found it from booking.com and rhey no other rooms to rent me they were totally booked
Disliked: I never got to stay there they never received the reservation and if they did they wouldn’t honor it cause they had no rooms available

Disliked: it looked worn out, there were no good options for breakfast. Starbucks was ridiculously expensive for what you were getting. a croissant and a coffee 20 dollars makes no sense. the floor was niosy there was only one dryer and one washer
