Friends visited
Liked: Found the venue excellent for visit to friends. Enjoyed our stay and was impressed with the attention and care given to my wife's coeliac allergy.
Disliked: Was good throughout.

Overall a good stay, but...
Liked: Clean rooms, staff are very friendly and happy to help. Was very warm the night we were there and the aircon was fantastic!
Disliked: Asked for an extra bed to be placed in my room for my 10yr old to sleep on. A cot bed was provided with the thinnest of mattresses. The king bed mattress was hard and in places dipped so you had to find a spot to lie within the dips. Some of the chairs in the room were frayed on the edges. Looked very shabby.

Good value for money in...
Liked: Nice decor, clean and airy. Very friendly and helpful staffHad an excellent Ribeye steak for dinner - compliments to the chef.
Disliked: No coffee or tea in the room, but they provide a kettle and cups - one is useless without the other!!

Very expensive, staff are great...
Liked: The reception area looks really nice but that where it ends, I have stayed in another courtyard hotel in Glasgow and this one is more like a cheap rip off of the other one. The best thing was the staff they did their best to help.
Disliked: For such a new hotel it is quite run down, tears in the seats, our shower head leaking so much that the nozzles aren’t actually spraying the water so it was just like a mini waterfall. Our nespresso coffee wasn’t filled when we got to the room nor was the sofa bed for our two children ready. We got half board but that only caters for the two adults and not the children nor was a drink included. My children and other half are vegan and dairy intolerant and the choice for the evening meal was abysmal, my other half ordered the Bangkok vegan burger and it was not what was described in the menu at all, easiest to describe was two vegetable burgers from Asda. The waiting time in the restaurant was also a shock we got taken to our table then waited 30 minutes for the waiter to eventually as about our food and drinks. The breakfast by the way was fine and catered plenty for vegans etc.
