Not an enjoyable experience -...

Liked: Comfortable beds, good air conditioning
Disliked: First card payment machine "declined" to accept 2 different credit cards. As the terminal used the word decline, in a busy reception area and in front of other guests, it is fortunate I am not easily embarrassed. A different terminal accepted my wife's card, and subsequent calls to card issuing banks confirmed that NO payments were declined by them, and the first terminal was at fault. In the room, there were several unpleasant stains on the carpet, and there was a torn duvet cover, both reported to reception. On the second day - we were booked in for two nights - whilst the room was serviced, with bins emptied and beds made (albeit with the same torn bed linen), our used and wet towels were not touched, and our used and dirty tea/coffee mugs were also left unwashed or replaced. Upon complaining, fresh towels were provided by housekeeping, and I sorted out clean crockery myself from the restaurant, although no doubt housekeeping would have done so.

Liked: Large quiet room, very comfortable bed, large, well equipped bathroom.Breakfast was very good, excellent selection and choice,
Disliked: Our kettle and tv didn’t work, but the issues were dealt with quickly

Really good hotel for this...

Liked: Absolutely brilliant experience. Very clean, modern, safe hotel. Amazing breakfast, big size room with everything what needed. Very comfortable bed. Zoe and Anastaciia on Reception are very polite and professional, score 10 of 10 for hotel and staff.
Disliked: Nothing to say bad. Only maybe one thing, better to have one little fridge for cold water or drinks in the room.

Disliked: Aircon in room not working. Shower was a Jet rather than shower. Breakfast was less than average
