Liked: Welcoming staff, front desk lady put in extra effort to ensure we were comfortable.First and only hotel out of twelve that we've stayed at in the UK this June had a Gideon bible in the room.
Disliked: Nothing.

Good basic room - spoilt...

Liked: Standard Marriott room - clean and comfortable without being luxurious
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible. Dry sausages, unappetising eggs, just awful. Not much fruit available by 7.30. Waiting for clean table, tables not too clean, staff look away so you can’t ask them for anything - £16 - would be better at McDonalds across the road.

Tragic and unacceptable experience

Liked: Nothing you were overbooked and we were delayed for a further hour relocating to another Hotel
Disliked: After traveling for two hours finding you had overbooked and were fobbed off with a room leak excuse. (don't insult our intelligence)Reception staff didn't know how to handle this and being left in reception without explanation for 10 minutes unacceptable.Guests arriving after us were accommodated and as this was an important business trip caused considerable disruption.
