Disappointing

Liked: Pool and the location.
Disliked: The elevator was terrible. It takes at least 8 mins for the elevator to reach the floor once you press the button. This happened on at least 6 occasions. Secondly, the hotel does not include free breakfast if you book via third party.

Teaching moment

Liked: I stayed here two nights the first night my room had no heat I was frozen at 2 am the front desk guy gave me a space heater I had to lug up to my room alone that only provided heat to the bed area and acted as though it was a huge inconvenience to him, the second night in the morning at 8:12am cleaning staff let themselves into my room and I was naked… she left right away but my checkout wasn’t for hours and if she knocked I didn’t hear anything it was 8am!!!!!! I let themselves hotel know and said they would make this all a teaching moment and maybe I would choose them again in the future, not even here’s $20 off you next stay or let us take care of a night we are so sorry.. they could care less. That being said the hotel is beautiful and well kept.
