Liked: great room very helpfull checking as booking.com did not notify hotel after clerk called them with the confirmation number and pin had to wait but the clerk was very friendly

Disliked: the very extremely slow elevators!! Ended up having to take the stairs with all our luggage!!

Very decent option- hard to...

Liked: Very close to Ottawa train station. I didn?t have a car so that helped. Overall pleasant stay, clean rooms, very friendly staff. There are not so many options around the hotel but the staff was kind enough to give recommendations and alternative options for food delivery, bus connections to downtown etc...
Disliked: For this rate I would have expected also breakfast to be included.

Liked: Spacious room, delicious breakfast, great pool and jacuzzi.
Disliked: Location is remote. Air conditioning in room barely worked during heat wave. Waited 30mins to check in after 3pm check in time as the rooms weren't ready, with no apology or compensation.
