Disappointing

Liked: This place looked really promising. My boyfriend and I were staying for 1 night to relax and catch an early flight home. The hot tub was broken, and that’s the main reason we stayed here. If we would have known that we would have looked elsewhere, especially after paying $200 for the night. The toilet wasn’t working because the tank wouldn’t fill. That was a simple fix that my boyfriend, shouldn’t have had to but did because it was easy. The water pressure in the shower was weak, and it seemed impossible to regulate the temp to anything but scalding hot. If that wasn’t enough the shower wouldn’t shut off and leaked all night, it was disruptive and we had a terrible time sleeping. We had to be up at 4am and didn’t want to switch rooms so late, so we tolerated it. For being such a modern hotel you’d think the basics would be well maintained but they weren’t. It was obvious more attention was given to the landscaping than maintaining the hotels basic functions. We were exhausted from a long trip and simply wanted to relax before flying home. It was far from relaxing.

Disliked: the dated furniture and bathroom

Too many bugs - gross!

Disliked: There were mosquitos all throughout our room. We killed over 7 ourselves. When I booked online, it said the room slept four people, but the pullout was only for one person. I went to guest services and he was like yea, it only sleeps three, so I showed him online where it says four, and he couldn't understand why it would do that. The next morning when I complained about the mosquitos, they said nothing. I showed photos and the dead bugs on the wall. Gross!
