I'll be back to this location; the proximity to the Starline Social Club was very easy to navigate to and from.
Liked: The staff were great to talk to about all the amenities nearby. They really love their city.

All of the staff was very helpful and prompt. We would definitely stay there again.

It worked well for me and my wife. Nothing negative to say except the parking was a bit expensive but not unusual in a downtown environment.
Liked: Clean room; comfortable bed.
Disliked: Slow phones.

Liked: Nice staff; comfy bed; nice walk to the Fox Theater, both before and after the concert.
Disliked: Black stains on the carpet; hole from a high powered pellet gun (I hope) in the window of our 3rd floor room.

Liked: Great value. I came down after breakfast hours and GM got me a coffee, even though restaurant was closed. Also, Lynn at restaurant in eve. has a great personality. Friendly staff in general. Good to have breakfast.
Disliked: Hours for food service could be longer. Would be nice to have coffee and some pastry available for self-service.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Front desk woman clerk with a snooty attitude. I was standing at the front counter waiting for acknowledgment and I thought she was talking on the phone since she had an earpiece on and didnt look up at me. She said Im talking to you with an attitude without looking up to me. First of all, youre supposed to look up awhile speaking to someone and Im hard of hearing.
