Very expensive for what you...

Liked: Nice modern interior, with bistro and pool.
Disliked: We had to pay extra 20,- for parking. Breakfast also cost extra. They have a shop/bistro but also ultra expensive. The hidden cost quickly add up. I’m not going to this hotel chain anymore, very intransparant.

Comfortable and clean rooms, good...

Liked: We bought dinner and breakfast. It was very good and fairly priced. Didn't use exercise room or pool but might have had we stayed longer.
Disliked: Can't think of anything bad. We stayed less than 24 hours.

Very good

Liked: The location was good for taking the bus to the BART but for many of our destinations, we needed a car. The staff were super helpful and the rooms were very clean.
Disliked: We flew in from San Francisco airport so it was a bit far by public transportation. But if you are flying in through Oakland, it is super convenient. It is not a location that you can walk around freely at night though at the end of a long sightseeing day, all we wanted to do was sleep.
