Don't believe the room was...

Liked: Staff was great.
Disliked: There was no clock in the room, near airport an alarm clock is important. TV system was awful, no local channels & no channel guide.

This is an adequate place...

Liked: Convenient to airportLyft transport to and from airport Bed and pillows niceNice front desk folks
Disliked: Took 2 hrs to get a phone call response when we called property. Drain clogged with gross hair blockage, showered in ankle deep water GROSSCarpet frayed and lifting at room entrance. Tripping hazard, looks BADNo 24/7 coffee and tea. Had to pay $4.50 for an herbal tea one evening

Good

Disliked: Card operated laundry machines, microwave in the room, more attachments for the gym equipment currently in place for cables, card access for the room often inoperable and security of the customers. Also breakfast not included or option for booking.

A nice and comfortable stay

Liked: The room is spacious and fully equipped. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Very convenient location to the airport and the complimentary Lyft service to the airport is excellent! The front desk people are friendly. Even though I have to change our schedule a couple of times, they’re still nice and patient.
Disliked: None

The property was clean and...

Liked: The property was really close to my event and the airport.
Disliked: The elevator closes to my room was out.Only one elevator works.The food spot was empty. I had to walk to Dunkin’s donuts to get breakfast
