Disliked: There was no clock in the room, near airport an alarm clock is important. TV system was awful, no local channels & no channel guide.

Disliked: Took 2 hrs to get a phone call response when we called property. Drain clogged with gross hair blockage, showered in ankle deep water GROSSCarpet frayed and lifting at room entrance. Tripping hazard, looks BADNo 24/7 coffee and tea. Had to pay $4.50 for an herbal tea one evening

Disliked: Card operated laundry machines, microwave in the room, more attachments for the gym equipment currently in place for cables, card access for the room often inoperable and security of the customers. Also breakfast not included or option for booking.
