Liked: The location was good for taking the bus to the BART but for many of our destinations, we needed a car. The staff were super helpful and the rooms were very clean.
Disliked: We flew in from San Francisco airport so it was a bit far by public transportation. But if you are flying in through Oakland, it is super convenient. It is not a location that you can walk around freely at night though at the end of a long sightseeing day, all we wanted to do was sleep.

Convenient and comfortable.

Liked: Close to the airport. Lyft shuttle to and from the airport.
Disliked: We walked to Chipotle for food. Area was sketchy.

Disliked: When I arrived, the water was shut off for several hours. In addition, three or four of the main TV channels were not functional. These are less than standard in my opinion
