Disgraceful, Marriott!
Disliked: Check in clerk couldn't be bothered with us checking in because she was too busy talking to a friend on the phone. She didn't even hang up, she continued her call after a very short interaction with us. She didn't even tell us where to park!! Nor did she mention breakfast or the serving hours. In room 609 the Daewoo microwave didn't work no matter how many buttons we pressed, the clock was set 40 minutes behind the actual time with no way to reset it, including unplugging and replugging it in, tv was mounted crooked, hook on shower glass for towel wouldn't hang straight up, ice machine on our floor was broken with no sign posted, and 1 elevator was out of order. This is how Marriott hotels are run now?? Service and attention to detail is absolutely not your strong point, Marriott!! For the price I paid I should be credited for my stay. Very disappointed and I'll never return.
