Courtyard by Marriott Norfolk Downtown

I enoyed my stay there and I will be visiting again. The service was great and I enjoyed the many different things located inside the motel as well as the nearby attractions. The room was clean and ready on arrival.

Liked: Great service. There were many things available inside the hotel such as an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and restaurant.
Disliked: None.

The front desk staff including Annie couldn't have been any nicer and willing to help with our questions. Thank you to all!

The beds were comfortable and the comforter almost got stolen - yeah, it was comfy! The staff was super nice and Daryl parked my jeep like a boss. I will be back to this hotel soon!

Great location to USS Wisconsin

Liked: The location to the Navy Ship yard was perfect, within walking distance. The room was a great size and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Liked: There was no maid service for my room the entire week ( not once).Room smelled like mildew.The hotel is going downhill.I am staying at the Hilton this week on Main street. It is opposite to Marriott by Courtyard on Norfolk.

Liked: I liked location of the property.
Disliked: The TV didn’t work, the wifi didn’t work, our bathroom toilet has clearly been cracked in the past, the bathroom was kind of dirty, the breakfast was so gross (and overpriced and they only had like two things available on the menu)
