Courtyard by Marriott Norfolk Downtown

I enoyed my stay there and I will be visiting again. The service was great and I enjoyed the many different things located inside the motel as well as the nearby attractions. The room was clean and ready on arrival.

Liked: Great service. There were many things available inside the hotel such as an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and restaurant.
Disliked: None.

The front desk staff including Annie couldn't have been any nicer and willing to help with our questions. Thank you to all!

The beds were comfortable and the comforter almost got stolen - yeah, it was comfy! The staff was super nice and Daryl parked my jeep like a boss. I will be back to this hotel soon!

Disliked: The facilities were extremely dirty. The bathroom was gross, the shower curtain was old, ripped, raggedy, and dirty, the floor didn’t seem like I’ve been vacuumed in weeks, very gritty. Room 804

Disliked: The hot tub was unavailable

Liked: The valet and staff were very welcoming.
Disliked: The odor and level of cleanliness were below standards. We were checked into a room on the 5th floor, but the hall condition prepared us for our room condition, and we ended up being moved to a room on the 6th floor, which was in better condition.
