Disliked: Door lock gave us trouble. It took a while to change the batteries and fix it. No complimentary breakfast

Liked: The reception was dirty looked very cold felt like ghost town, no warm feeling to the place carpets had dirty marks .would not stay here again.
Disliked: Make the place feel a warm look clean floor, all the floors are sticky.

Very good

Liked: Good breakfast, nice and helpful people at the desk. Very nice room, the bed was cozy and comfortable. Great view of the Niagra River!
Disliked: There were no coffee pods or tea bags in the room. We had to go to the desk to get one. The body wash dispenser was completely empty, but we had brought our own soap. Maybe a bit more attention to detail is warranted. Otherwise, all was well.
