Disliked: Customer service , check out early did not stay, someone started banging room door around 3:30PM, two people standing in hallway yelling water leak open the door, i refuse to open ,I did not any call from the front desk. Until I called to found out who is banging at door . Rude front desk , when I ask for the GM or supervisor, was told no one at hotel , called again next 2 days was told the same no supervisor. Still waiting for call back ,I checked out at 4PM , did not stay . Never again stay at this hotel

Family visit

Liked: The location is always great for us. Close to family and fairly easy to get around. The breakfast options are OK, a little on the pricey side. They do have Starbucks coffee available. It has become our go to place for visiting family.
Disliked: Perhaps having some body lotion in the bathroom sink area.
