Disliked: Booking was not delivered, did not show up in time on the system, had to double book

Disliked: Cost of the room for the night, cost of overnight parking and $10 breakfast was only a breakfast sandwich and no options.

Quickn and convienent trip to...

Liked: I like the breakfast and the coffee. And also the patio out in the back.
Disliked: It was a bit remote for from the nearest subway station

Liked: Very friendly and helpful front desk staffValet team was awesome!
Disliked: When we booked, our room booking was for 4 people (adults and children) - but there were only 3 bath towels in the bathroom. We had to go to the front desk to request more as housekeeping would not provide them - front desk staff were great and provided - but our room booking was for 4 so would be nice if the required number of towels were already in the room.When I checked in I was advised that we would have to request room cleaning - so I asked that our room be cleaned each day of our stay (there's 4 people in the room) and then told I'd have to call everyday to request it - that is very inconvenient esp if I am letting you know at arrival I want it daily - it would be nice if you could note it down vs me having to request it daily.

Clean and spacious but towels...

Liked: Breakfast was a low level.Room was clean as we entered and room was spacious.Location was safe.
Disliked: The breakfast choice could have been better.One morning the Courtyard eating area had a problem and I was sent over to Fairfield. They had a better choice of breakfast.No safe was included in the room.

Disliked: I've stayed at a lot of hotels, this is the first time I had to pay for parking and had to buy a cup of coffee.
