Good middle of the road...

Liked: Very close to people we were visiting.All staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: We stayed for 2 periods with a weekend away in between. For the first period of 2 weeks we were cumulatively charged, initially, $5,246 instead of the $4,700 rate confirmed by Booking.com, through whom we made the reservation. This was corrected at our request and my credit card was credited 4 days later. The correction process was fine, but the hotel should examine why the correct rate wasn't applied initially.
