Great place to stay. Very secure place. People are courteous and generous. Definitely will stay again.

Terrible!!!!!

Liked: Do not ever stay here do not ever book through booking.com even if you pay for cancellation insurance and cancel more than 48 hours out as it says, they like to argue between themselves and the hotel so either they’re booking.com or the hotel which I did go over to see the hotel was nothing to write home about especially to be charged $1803 for five days. What the hell

Disliked: The hotel itself is great—very clean, in a good location, and has a stylish London vibe. The staff was friendly during my stay. However, I had a frustrating experience with a $100 deposit charge. After three weeks had passed and the charge was still showing, I called the hotel. The first person I spoke to hung up on me. When I called back, another staff member said she didn’t know why I was charged and that the accountant was on vacation, so I should call again on Friday (this was on a Monday). I followed up at the end of the week and asked to speak with the general manager, but was told they don’t work weekends. In the end, I had to file a dispute with my bank.I understand this might not directly reflect the hotel itself, but I do wish they had more available and helpful staff to resolve these types of issues without making guests chase them down.

Liked: Location was perfect for our needs (our son lives in the UES) and just a short walk to the Q line. It was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were warm and friendly. Great value.
Disliked: The lobby and room decor was a little spartan, no art on walls.

Disliked: View was terrible. I’ve stated before and paid less and had better service. Smoking area at the entrance reeks of cigarettes and urine. Lose, unsafe toilet (room 619). No remote for the air con. A updates needed.
