Good but could have been...

Liked: The hotel was clean and in a great location. They did have an area for storage of our items while we waited to check in.
Disliked: The hotel wifi never worked. The elevator was slow during peak times due to more people using it. Figured the hotel would have more elevators. We arrived early and asked if we could check in early and instead of saying to us "they would put in a request" they should have just told us that's not possible so we didn't wait around for almost an hour before we realized we couldn't.

Liked: Friendly staff. Complimentary coffee. The maid service is excellent. Clean rooms. Comfiest bed I've had in a hotel. Quick easy check in and check out.
Disliked: The price but I guess that's just New York and the area. I couldn't fault the service so it was still great value.

Disliked: I wish we would've been informed that one of their elevators was down and they were working on a floor! And it did take a while to get our car out of valet
