Hotel has a great location within walking distance to many sights, restaurants and theaters. They have a delicious breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.

Liked: The front desk registration staff were friendly and very service oriented. One person who stands out is Kim. She insured we were being taken care of.
Disliked: Housekeeping services. I requested fresh towels, etc. in the morning prior to leaving the hotel for the day. At 3:30 pm when I returned there were still no clean towels etc.

A good hotel for a...

Liked: Great location, close to many bars, restaurants and a 24-hour shop. Daily cleaning is of a good standard.
Disliked: Very noisy air conditioning, which disturbed the overnight stay. Renovation work in the building surroundings, loud sounds of hammers and excavators.

Liked: Location is fantastic. Towels were plentiful.Smart tv with streaming options (but not casting)
Disliked: Room not serviced on one day of our stay. Body wash container emptied on day 3 and not refilled right up to departure.Air conditioner was rattly and quite loud all day and night.No glasses or mugs just plastic and paper cups for drinks and coffee.Minimum coffee pod number .. 2 daily.
