Hotel has a great location within walking distance to many sights, restaurants and theaters. They have a delicious breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.

Liked: The front desk registration staff were friendly and very service oriented. One person who stands out is Kim. She insured we were being taken care of.
Disliked: Housekeeping services. I requested fresh towels, etc. in the morning prior to leaving the hotel for the day. At 3:30 pm when I returned there were still no clean towels etc.

Liked: Great location, 10 minutes from Times Square, and close to subway stations. Nice view from top floors.
Disliked: Room was quite small, distance between bed and TV stand was like 50cm. Could have been cleaner. Expect lines for elevators

Perfect location for visiting NYC,...

Liked: Location is excellent. Close to the theatres and subways. Overall quality is as expected of a Marriott property.
Disliked: Toiletries such as hand lotion and shower cap were not provided. Shampoo and body wash, however, were provided in the shower.

I feel like I discovered...

Liked: The location is excellent with many destinations within walking and subway distances. Room was a good size and very clean. All of the staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Disliked: At the health club the Peloton bikes were not usable - adjustment mechanisms were broken.Towels and sheets were slightly scratchy to me. (I have very sensitive skin.)

Liked: Location, friendly staff, crib provided, value
Disliked: Automated teller was annoying when trying to get to the hotel with the street being closed. Towels were small and rough
