Hotel has a great location within walking distance to many sights, restaurants and theaters. They have a delicious breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.

Liked: The front desk registration staff were friendly and very service oriented. One person who stands out is Kim. She insured we were being taken care of.
Disliked: Housekeeping services. I requested fresh towels, etc. in the morning prior to leaving the hotel for the day. At 3:30 pm when I returned there were still no clean towels etc.

Disliked: aircon didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, charged us twice for bottles of water we didn’t drink ($8USD per bottle???)

Liked: This is my second time at the hotel and I'll be happy to come back. Friendly service. Amazing views. Comfortable beds. Free coffee in the morning on the 3rd floor.

A well located landing spot...

Liked: We loved the location— close to everything! The room was chic and clean, and the bed was very comfortable!
Disliked: We didn’t like that we had to leave!!!

Great location

Liked: Great location for manhattan. On Broadway so easy to walk to some of the places or get the tube. Room was as you would expect for a Marriott, lovely large bed and reasonable sized room
