Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Central Park

Hotel has a great location within walking distance to many sights, restaurants and theaters. They have a delicious breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.

Liked: The front desk registration staff were friendly and very service oriented. One person who stands out is Kim. She insured we were being taken care of.
Disliked: Housekeeping services. I requested fresh towels, etc. in the morning prior to leaving the hotel for the day. At 3:30 pm when I returned there were still no clean towels etc.

Liked: Hotel was ok
Disliked: Was charged $16 for one bottle of water. Felt deceived as no clear price and staff didn't make the price clear either. It looks like a free bottle from the stand next to check in. Disappointing. The bottles in the room are $8 each. I could have got two for this price. It's not about the money - it's about feeling deceived.

Liked: I really paid a lot of money to get a room on the 7th floor without any view of what they do . but I was attended by a very bad Hispanic woman and I had a very bad experience . for that category of building . I stayed there because they did not give me my money back.
