Hotel has a great location within walking distance to many sights, restaurants and theaters. They have a delicious breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.

Liked: The front desk registration staff were friendly and very service oriented. One person who stands out is Kim. She insured we were being taken care of.
Disliked: Housekeeping services. I requested fresh towels, etc. in the morning prior to leaving the hotel for the day. At 3:30 pm when I returned there were still no clean towels etc.

Very good

Liked: The property was nice and I loved the breakfast, the room was nice, I loved the desk and ghe mirror. I had the room 1210 and the fan in the bathroom made a very loud noise when the light was on, after a few days it became very annoying
Disliked: The hotel taxi they booked for me from the hotel to Newark airport cost me $145! There was zero traffic.I think that’s a big scam.. I would have rather got an uber

Rooms on small side but...

Liked: Room was very clean and well serviced every day. All staff were polite and helpful. Location good. Happen to meet a manager in lift, and because it was an anniversary visit send a bottle of champagne to room, nice touch.
Disliked: We took the breakfast option, that was a mistake, the breakfast room is a very crowded, buffet style, many options constantly running out gave up after 2 days and went out for breakfast. The address is wrong the entrance is on a different location to the one advertised and caused problems ordering taxis/uber.
