Hotel has a great location within walking distance to many sights, restaurants and theaters. They have a delicious breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.

Liked: The front desk registration staff were friendly and very service oriented. One person who stands out is Kim. She insured we were being taken care of.
Disliked: Housekeeping services. I requested fresh towels, etc. in the morning prior to leaving the hotel for the day. At 3:30 pm when I returned there were still no clean towels etc.

Liked: Location is perfect! Excellent service, excellent staff. Will definitely return to this hotel.
Disliked: Elevators were not working properly, long wait to take the elevators. Lobby is a bit small and always crowded. Not a big deal, still enjoyed our stay.
