Hotel has a great location within walking distance to many sights, restaurants and theaters. They have a delicious breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.

Liked: The front desk registration staff were friendly and very service oriented. One person who stands out is Kim. She insured we were being taken care of.
Disliked: Housekeeping services. I requested fresh towels, etc. in the morning prior to leaving the hotel for the day. At 3:30 pm when I returned there were still no clean towels etc.

Unlikely I will stay at...

Liked: The room and bathroom were tiny. The blackout shades were broken. The coffee station had grade c coffee pods. For a courtyard, the towels were thin. The fridge gave off a lot of heat.
Disliked: Upgrade the sheets, towels, coffee station. Repair the shades.

In general, I'm satisfied

Liked: The room was correct, the location near Central Park was very good. I didn't take the breakfast but my espouse had one time and she was happy.The the staff and cleaners were very aimable and all time available. Specially thank you to M. Cyrile in reception for his recommendation and helps
Disliked: In our arrival, the room they gave us was too noisy which was not possible to stay. there were the some machine-lift noises. We asked to change the room. The new room was better that the first one.Another negative point was the door of shower (batch room) which was not possible to close completely and the water was infiltered out of the shower area

Fantastic hotel, beautiful location central...

Liked: Location, friendly staff, gym , loads of places around to dine.
Disliked: Nothing to not like

Perfectly located, clean, and serviceable.

Liked: The location is the hotel's greatest asset. It's right at 54th/Broadway just on the north edge of the Theatre District and a quick walk to Central Park South.
Disliked: Everything was fine. The room felt dated and drab (the bathroom was a bit worn in spots but was clean and serviceable). The hotel overall looks stuck in the 1990s. I feel like I paid handsomely for the location more than anything else. The room was small but fine.
