Hotel has a great location within walking distance to many sights, restaurants and theaters. They have a delicious breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.

Liked: The front desk registration staff were friendly and very service oriented. One person who stands out is Kim. She insured we were being taken care of.
Disliked: Housekeeping services. I requested fresh towels, etc. in the morning prior to leaving the hotel for the day. At 3:30 pm when I returned there were still no clean towels etc.

Disliked: Light blanket and The air conditioner in our room was quite noisy

Really enjoyable and comfortable.

Liked: The room was really modern, comfortable and quiet. The gym was great with lots of equipment. The staff were great.
Disliked: The room was really small. The breakfast was quite expensive with not much hot food options.

Disliked: Room is so small that it is hard to even get around it. Also be aware that no single bottle of water will be provided for free in the room. You will be charged $8 for a bottle.

Liked: Large comfortable bed, friendly staff, location to Central Park and lots of good local eateries nearby
Disliked: Elevators were very slow, shower was weak, view onto building site from room window was not ideal
