Hotel has a great location within walking distance to many sights, restaurants and theaters. They have a delicious breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.

Liked: The front desk registration staff were friendly and very service oriented. One person who stands out is Kim. She insured we were being taken care of.
Disliked: Housekeeping services. I requested fresh towels, etc. in the morning prior to leaving the hotel for the day. At 3:30 pm when I returned there were still no clean towels etc.

Liked: The location of the hotel is ideal to explore Manhattan. The room spotless and well maintained with a great city view. The staff (all of them, from the reception to the cleaning staff) very professional and caring. We loved our stay at this hotel and would strongly recommend it.
Disliked: nothing. All was excellent.

Liked: great view of the city at night, great staff.
Disliked: a month earlier I had stayed at the Courtyard, no issues. I booked a city view room with two beds, but upon arrival there was a room with a completely different view, the reception explained that this was a mistake in booking.com, they changed my room to another one in Residence, the room was in poor condition, there was a lot of hair, leaky curtains, uncleaned bathtub, fridge not closed. when checking out, I told the reception about all this, showed on their website the number I wanted initially, it turned out that the problem was not at all with booking.com, they told me that they would return $ 150, and they really returned it, but then they wrote off almost the same amount back.

Liked: location is great and we got free breakfast.
Disliked: they forgot to clean our room a couple of times and when we asked they didn?t clean it until the next day. some towels and sheets had markings from previous use, with a towel having some old blood markings. they didn?t give us enough toiletries. even though we booked the courtyard, they put us at the residence inn, which is supposed to be better, but not really, except with the fact that it comes with breakfast, it as just because they overbooked the courtyard. breakfast uses all paper (plates, cups) and Plastic (cutlery), horrible for the environment.
